Soldiers are set to begin taking a version of the new ACFT, in October, but the Army is developing guidelines to make sure female soldiers recovering from a pregnancy don't take the more challenging test too soon.

官兵定於10月份開始接受陸軍戰鬥體適能鑑測,惟目前陸軍刻正制定相關指導方針,以確保尚處產後恢復狀態的女性官兵,不會過早詩作挑戰性較高的體測。

Sergeant Major of the Army Micheal Grinson took part in a special Facebook Live panel this week to answer questions from soldiers about the service's recent announcement that the ACFT 2.0 will replace the current Army Physical Fitness Test, on Oct. 1.

陸軍總士官長格林斯頓,本週參加一個特別的「臉書即時研討會」,針對陸軍最近宣布,2.0版陸軍戰鬥體適能鑑測將於10月1日取代現行陸軍基本體適能鑑測乙情,回答官兵相關問題。

Part of the live session dealt with questions about an Army P3T policy that was promised eight months ago and service research on effects of meeting new fitness requirements.

此一即時會議部分時間,就如何符合新式體適能標準之面向,探討8個月前允諾要制定的陸軍產後體適能訓練政策,以及陸軍就懷孕對身體各種影響的研究等相關問題。
