Rather then delay the implementation of the new fitness evaluation, the Army instead will replace the APFT ON Oct. 1 with the ACFT 2.0, said Sergeant Major of the Army Michael Grinston, adding”This isn’t the version that we kind of rolled out in 2018, this is the new version.”

陸軍總士官長格林頓表示,陸軍新式體適能鑑測不會延後施行,而會在今年10月1日以2.0版陸軍戰鬥體適能健側取代陸軍基本體能鑑測,以一新式鑑測不同於2018年所推行的鑑測版本。

ACFT 2.0 consists of six events-the maximun deadlift;standing power throw;hesd -realse push-ups;spring, drag and carry;leg tuck;and two-mile run. But the Army has added an akuerantive plank event for soldiers who still struggle to pass the leg tuck.  

2.0版陸軍作戰體適能鑑測依然包括6項測驗,即硬舉、站姿爆發投擲、修正版地挺身、衝刺/負重拖曳/負重行走、懸垂舉腿、2英里長跑等,惟對於一直無法順利通過懸垂舉腿的受測官兵,陸軍則另以兩分鐘⸤「棒式運動」作為替代項目。

“Some soldiers are shaving challenges with the leg tuck and we have a large percentage of the Army that has not even taken the ACFT’s yet,” said Maj. Gen. Lonnie Hibbard, the USACIMT commander.

美國陸軍初級訓練中心指揮官希伯德少將表示,部分官兵操作單槓屈膝觸肘尚有困難,而大多數官兵甚至都還未實施陸軍作戰體式能鑑測。
